Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barun P. S. Case No. 18 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 379, 411 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission made on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the two trucks bearing registration No. JH-05AZ/4663 and JH-05AW/7362. In support of the same, he has annexed the owner book at Annexure-2 series. Further submission made on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given the said trucks to Mishank Enterprises for transporting the coal and the coal was being unloaded at Baba

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24319 of 2017 (2) dt.31-05-2017 2/2 Brick Kiln at the instance of the coal owners, which is apparent from the F.I.R. itself and also annexed the road challans therewith. Only two drivers have been arrested in the instant case.

In the facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named will be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
