Petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No.688 of 2018, registered under Sections 414 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 20/22 of the NDPS Act. The petitioner and other four persons were apprehended while they were going on an auto-rickshaw. The informant alleged that from possession of the petitioner and others, Ganja was recovered and one mobile was also recovered from possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that owner book of the auto-rickshaw stands in the name of the mother of the petitioner. The mobile which was recovered from possession of the petitioner is owned by the petitioner. No Ganja was

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 11.09.2018, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No.688 of 2018.
