The petitioner claims that a piece of land was settled in her favour by Gaya Zila Parishad on 15.02.1993. It is her claim that despite settlement having being done, she has not been given possession over the settled land.
Neither the order of settlement nor settlement
Patna High Court CWJC No.10330 of 2021(2) dt.04-03-2022 2/2 agreement has been brought on record. There is no explanation given in the writ petition as to why the petitioner has approached this Court nearly more than 28 years after the land was allegedly settled in her favour.
In any view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the reliefs which the petitioner is seeking in the present writ application.
In the background of facts and circumstances as noted above, this application is dismissed.
