The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "A) For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the final result of Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) which is published in daily newspaper Hindustan on 24.06.2015 (Annexure: 5) which is mass-bungling and malpractice by successful candidates and Member/Chairman of Selection Board.

B) To hold proper enquiry/investigation from any independent agency so that the mass bungling committed during the entire process of selection

Patna High Court CWJC No.16099 of 2015(2) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 may be unfolded, and from any C) Further, pending disposal of this application, stay the joining of successful candidates, whose roll numbers have been published in the impugned result."

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Bihar, Patna has submitted that the petitioner belongs to the Backward Class Female Non-Home Guard category and the cut-off marks for selection in the said category is 105 whereas the petitioner has obtained only 90 marks, hence the petitioner has got no case at all.

The aforesaid factual aspect of the matter has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed, being bereft of any merit.
