The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. As a matter of fact, this is a case of suicide. Petitioners never demanded any dowry nor subjected her to cruelty. Husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23921 of 2017 (3) dt.01-08-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
