JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard Dr. Amrendra Kumar, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Ashutosh Tripathy, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are in custody since 15-05-2016 in Obra P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 363, 364, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail.

By way of referring to F.I.R., learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. He submits that on perusal of the F.I.R., it is evident that improbable allegation has been made. Besides hearing, I have also perused the F.I.R. as well

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40832 of 2016 (2) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 as materials on record. After going through the same, the Court is satisfied that it is a case for grant of bail. Accordingly, let aforesaid petitioners namely Dharmendra Kumar @ Guddu Kumar @ Guddu and Afroj Ansari be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S.
