The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Islampur P.S. Case No.415 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended one Yogendra Yadav and from his possession, 10 live cartridges were recovered. Yogendra Yadav is said to have disclosed that petitioner(Baiju Yadav) asked him to take the cartridges to his house. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the concession possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured on the disclosure of Yogendra Yadav from whose possession, cartridges were recovered but there is no material that the petitioner ever handed over the cartridges to Yogendra Yadav.

No.22620 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, (Nalanda) in connection with Islampur P.S.
