JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2020 The present application has been filed by the petitioners for extension of time for surrender. The petitioners were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 3.3.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to lockdown, the petitioners could not surrender within time. Considering the aforesaid, the time granted by this Court is extended further one month from today. The terms and conditions shall remain intact.

The application stands allowed with the aforesaid modification.
