The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S.Cas enO.426/18 registered for offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of stolen shoes from the show room.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no report regarding theft of the shoes and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for about four months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.71561 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S.Case no.426 of 2018.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
