Considering the materials available on record, particularly, the affidavit of opposite party no.2, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of one month from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
