Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioners made an attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant being brother-inlaw(Dewar, Bhaisur). It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that since the complaint was made against the husband of the informant by the father of the petitioners at earlier point of time, hence as a retaliatory measure the present accusation has been levelled.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46780 of 2014 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
