This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Raghopur P.S. Case No. 121/1996, disclosing offences under Sections 407, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State has submitted that in this case charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner showing him absconder as the case is of the year 1996.

Having heard both sides, considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather petitioner should surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below will dispose of the same on
