Patna High Court MJC No.686 of 2022 dt.17-08-2022 2/2 ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 17-08-2022 Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that a sum of Rs. 25,000/- has been remitted to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee on 08.08.2022 and further it is submitted that such of those persons who are resident of Rohtas have been appointed on 05.08.2022 and order of appointment were issued and it was dispatched to the respective candidates. In so far as petitioners who were not resident of Rohtas, the petitioners have not arrayed jurisdictional District Magistrates of Nalanda and Lakhisarai. Accordingly, the present contempt proceedings stands dropped.
The District Magistrate, Nalanda and Lakhisarai are hereby directed to comply the order of this Court within a period of one month from today, failing which concerned petitioners are at liberty to file fresh contempt petition.
