2. The petitioner assails the order passed by the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Nawadah dated 19.06.2015. Since then, the State Appellate Authority has been formed where the petitioner can file an appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted liberty

Patna High Court CWJC No.16509 of 2015(2) dt.24-02-2023 2/2 to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority.
