Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

It is submitted by the petitioners' counsel that they have already submitted an undertaking (Annexure 4) before the police officials that they will not create any obstruction or disturbance or, in any manner, commit any illegal act. In view of such undertaking, the petitioners, till date, have not been arrested.

In view of such submission, since there is no apprehension of arrest at the moment, this application is not being pressed.

Petitioners would, however, be at liberty to move for anticipatory bail as and when apprehension arises. This application stands disposed of.
