Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent Bihar State Religious Trust Board has passed the final order dated 24.01.2024 and the petitioners have challenged the same in the writ petition bearing CWJC No. 8577 of 2024.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.6384 of 2022(5) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 has become infructuous. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.
