This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jayangar P.S. Case No. 462 of 2022, G.R. No. 2320 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022. There is huge recovery of illicit liquor from possession of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
