2. the present application has been filed:

for modification of the order dated 09.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40347 of 2024 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy to the extent that period of surrender in the Court below may be extended for further Four weeks as directed in the order dated 09.08.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was outside the State for his livelihood and as such, the order could not be communicated.

4. Learned APP, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23243 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 other hand, opposes the prayer submitting that the order was passed on 09.08.2024, the same counsel was appearing and there is nothing on record to show how he failed to communicate the petitioner. Even the State/District/place has not been assigned as to where he had gone for his livelihood.

5. An order was passed in the month of August 2024, four weeks' time was granted to take steps for execution of bail bond/surrender/take bail, eight months later, the present petition has been filed. The same is vague in nature, rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U T
