The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the informant got information on mobile phone from her daughter Noorjahan aged about 14 years that she was kidnapped and has been sold in Muzaffarpur by coaccused Abid Ansari. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated she has intimacy with the petitioner and she has already married with the petitioner. Abid Ansari has not taken her away.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the statement of the victim, let above named petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49524 of 2016 (3) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in Parsauni P.S.Case No. 54 of 2016.
