====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kako (Bhelwar) P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307 , 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the present case has been filed only to save skin from the earlier case filed by the brother of this petitioner vide Annexure-2 in connection with murder of Puja Kumari in which the present informant and his father are named accused. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged plot of land.

No.75838 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kako (Bhelwar) P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
