The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2022 in connection with Sikti (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 71/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the period of custody, the present bail application is allowed.
