JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 30-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

While petitioner along with Subhash Kumar was carrying five cartons of foreign liquor in a Scorpio Jeep were apprehended and on account thereof, is under custody since 26.09.2016.

Considering the period of judicial custody, petitioner, Tinku Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P. S. Case No.328 of 2016, subject to condition that before acceptance of bail bond, the learned lower Court will trace out proper identity of the respective bailors so that petitioner's presence be secured till conclusion of the trial.
