The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatty P.S. Case No. 547 of 2016 registered under Sections 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibitiona nd Excise Act and Section 2(E), 3, 5(B) and 18 of Mahua Phool Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 80 kg. Mahua flowers from the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 04.11.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23617 of 2019(2) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, (Excise Act), Gaya in connection with Barachatty P.S. Case No. 547 of 2016.
