2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 364, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code were added.

3. As per prosecution case, informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, disappeared the son of informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Informant is not an eye-witness of the alleged occurrence and he has only raised suspicion against this petitioner. During course

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24460 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 of investigation, co-accused Sudheer Pandey disclosed the name of this petitioner. Except confessional statement, there is no material on record to show the complicity of this petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-4th, Bettiah, District- West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024.
