Case No. 25 of 2020 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, East Champaran, Motihari but inadvertently in the last paragraph of order dated 14.09.2020 it has been typed as to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020. Let the order dated 14.09.2020 be clarified to the extent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22462 of 2020(3) dt.05-10-2020 2/2 that in place of "learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffapur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020", the same be read as "learned Special Judge, Excise Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020".

The order dated 14.09.2020 is modified/clarified to the extent indicated above.
