JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/336/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant with 'lathi', 'danda', fists and slaps when wife of the informant came to rescue she was also assaulted. It is alleged against this petitioner to have caused knife injury on the abdomen of the informant whereas co-accused Bhikhari Ram assaulted with bamboo on the head of the informant. This petitioner also snatched Rs.16,000/- from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 19.08.2014, the informant was examined by the doctor on 23.08.2014 at 11:30 am when the injuries have been

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
