The petitioner has renewed prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 323, 341, 379, 504/34 Indian Penal Code and 3 1 (x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court on 20.10.2008 vide Cr.Misc.No.32047 of 2008 on the ground that the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant for having deposed as a witness in a case against them.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50433 of 2014 (2) dt.27-04-2015 Let the learned court below consider prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 157 of 2005, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
