The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306,420 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant purchased land appertaining to Khata No.488, Khesra No.1979 through registered sale deed executed by Most. Ram Kumari Devi. It is also alleged that petitioner no.1 Rajesh Baitha to have demanded extension of Rs.1,50,000/- on pistol point.
It is submitted that the petitioners have never demand any money and during investigation also
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50428 of 2014 (2) dt.27-04-2015 not even a single independent witness have supported the prosecution case.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.133 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Sitamarhi subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
