2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mednichouki P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. There is recovery of one country made pistol and one live cartridge from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22398 of 2025(4) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Mednichouki P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Mednichouki Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner;

(ii) Both the bailors will be close blood relatives of the petitioner.
