2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323,, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2015.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 13.01.2016, X-Ray report has been received according to which the injury is grievous in nature.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed with an observation that if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law.
