Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(a), 48(ii), 49, 50(d), 54, 57 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

115 pouches containing 200 ml country made liquor each were recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 08.08.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
