ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2018 in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.392 of 2018, G.R. No.2063/2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the alleged recovery of two cartridges, there is no further allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in jail for more than six months.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
