Petitioner apprehends arrest in Laheri Police Station Case No 155 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 120B of Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that allegation is that petitioner, along with others, were employees of the Central Bank Karamchari Swawlambi Cooperative Society Limited, in which consumers deposited money after opening account but subsequently the accused persons fled away after closing the bank on 26.07.2012. It is further submitted that the petitioner was not an employee of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24261 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 the Bank. The petitioner also denies being an agent of the Bank. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.04.2014 passed in Cr Misc No 7627 of 2014 and vide order dated 07.03.2013 passed in Cr Misc No 49168 of 2012.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri PS Case No 155 of 2012 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
