By order, dated 30.01.2015, passed in Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No. 219 of 2014, the appeal, which was preferred by the informant of the case, who is the son of the deceased, against the acquittal of the present respondent, has already been dismissed.

This appeal has, admittedly, raised no ground other than the ones, which had been taken by the informant in his appeal, which, as already indicated above, stands dismissed. In view of the above, this appeal cannot survive and is, therefore, dismissed.
