The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 203 of 2017 registered under Sections 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Specific allegation is against co-accused Ram Dular Paswan. Petitioners are only alleged to be members of the mob. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
