The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner, armed with iron rod and Dabiya, started abusing husband of the informant and on protest, they assaulted informant and her husband. This petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with Dabiya to husband of informant, as a result of which, he sustained injury. Injury, sustained by this petitioner to the husband of informant, is reported to be simple in nature. There is case and counter case and both sides sustained injury. Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23847 of 2022(2) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM - II, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.
