In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Allouli P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017 (G.R. No.782 of 2017), registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that from his hut 2.4 liter country made liquor has been recovered. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the said hut is not belonging to the petitioner. Case No. 83 of 2017 (G.R. No.782 of 2017), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
