23-09-2016 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is named as accused apprehending his arrest in Barun P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 406, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that being PACS Manager, his duty was to procure paddy and supply to the rice miller and rice miller has committed all the offences. He submits that rice miller is accused in number of cases. On aforesaid ground, a prayer has been made to grant anticipatory bail.

However, on going through the material on record, particularly the F.I.R., the Court is of the opinion that it is not a
