JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 The petitioners being parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation against the petitioners is that they put the informant on fire.

It is submitted by Mr. Uday Chand Prasad, learned counsel for the State that accusation has not only been supported by the victim but also by the husband of the victim. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that husband has not supported the accusation and since there was a fight between the petitioners and their sons, hence petitioners have been roped in the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41445 of 2014 (3) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with National Highway Banjara P.S. Case No. 34 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
