The petitioner has renewed her prayer for bail in connection with Patrarkar Nagar P.S. Case No. 604 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic Act. Her application for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019 granting liberty to renew her prayer for bail in the court below if the trial is not concluded within six months.

It appears from the records that after the order passed by this Court on 04.12.2019, the petitioner has never moved again before the court below.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the instant application for bail. It is rejected

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26262 of 2020(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 accordingly.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew her prayer for bail before the court below itself as directed by this Court vide its earlier order dated 04.12.2019. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) rohit/- U T
