No. 6171 of 2022:- In the instant writ petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "i. For issuance of writ of certiorari for setting aside the order contained in Memo No. 2342 dated 04.04.2022 by which the Superintendent, Patna Medical College, Hospital, Patna has blacklisted the petitioner for three years from the date of issuance of order of black listing.

ii. For issuance of direction that during pendency of this writ application, the operation of the impugned order contained in Memo No. 2342 dated 04.04.2022 be stayed.

Iii. For any other relief/reliefs which is fit in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

02. Perusal of the impugned order, the Superintendent, Patna Medical College and Hospital, Patna has recorded that the petitioner has failed to furnish material information. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the material information are available and the same has not been placed insofar as making payment to the Trolley-man and other requisite permission.

03. In this regard, the petitioner is hereby directed to file a detailed representation so as to reconsider the decision

Patna High Court CWJC No.2421 of 2022(16) dt.09-05-2023 3/3 dated 04.04.2022 by the Superintendent, Patna Medical College and Hospital, Patna. If such detailed representation is submitted along with material information, the concerned authority is directed to revisit the matter and proceed to pass afresh speaking order at the earliest.

04. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. In C.W.J.C. No. 2421 of 2022:- Registry is hereby directed to de-link this matter from C.W.J.C. No. 6171 of 2022.
