The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Itarhi P.S.Case No. 251 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 354(a), 354(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations made in the FIR are absurd and unbelievable. He contended that no one can ever imagine that a person would dare to outrage modesty of any women in presence of his own wife and mother. The informant has not only made allegation against the petitioner but has also involved his father, mother and wife in the FIR. He contended that the dispute arose between the parties out of a trivial matter and an exaggerated version of FIR has been instituted.

Considering the submissions made above, the petitioner, who is said to be a man of clean antecedent, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S.Case No. 251 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
