The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 46 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
