2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 632 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 140(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, from the mobile phone of the victim, a ransom of Rs. 20 Lakhs was demanded. In the self inculpatory statement it has come that the petitioners are involved in the rape and murder of the deceased. The petitioners are in jail since 04.01.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. There is delay of three days in lodging the F.I.R.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and self inculpatory statement of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to these petitioners.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
