The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to F.I.R., the petitioner took four years old daughter of the informant with her and thereafter in the next morning dead body of the child was recovered in a gunny bag. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2019. Land dispute between the parties is reason for false implication. No one has seen the petitioner committing the crime alleged.

No.26088 of 2020(4) dt.04-12-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that only circumstance against the petitioner is "last seen", and the fact that investigation of the case is already complete and there is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner who is a female, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
