Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.12.2024, passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 78122 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide aforesaid order, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of four weeks from the date of order but he had gone to Delhi for earning his livelihood, due to which, he could not appear within the stipulated time, hence it is prayed that the period of surrender may be extended. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also taking into account the averments made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23428 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 in the present petition, order dated 02.12.2024, passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 78122 of 2024 is modified and now, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, within a period of two weeks from today.

The present petition stands allowed with the aforesaid modifications.
