Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 353, 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation the accused persons had created road jam by placing dead body of Paltu Yadav on the road. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23667 of 2022(2) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 that he is a person of clean antecedent and the accused persons were making protest for compensation for the death of Paltu Yadav who died in a road accident.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially of clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
