Patna High Court CWJC No.16450 of 2015(4) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 land. In the counter affidavit the stand has been taken by the State that demarcation has already been made.

3. In this view of the matter, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
