The allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 45 bottles of foreign liquors from his possession. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner is in custody since 30.7.2016.

Heard learned APP appearing for the State As the petitioner is in custody since 30.7.2016, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in C-2 Case No. 193 of 2016.
