The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019 dated 09.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 326, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner in an intoxicated stage is alleged to have hurled two injuries, one of which has been found to be grievous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. However, regard being had to the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks bail, the court below shall look into the entire set of facts and shall pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained.
